Tara Engler

Tara is
the newest addition to the Butch Taylor Band. Born in New York
and raised
in Holland and CT, during her years at
the American College in Paris
Tara joined a Paris based band named Interview, rediscovering
her love
of music and singing while performing
throughout Paris.
Upon her
return to the USA she worked with the producer Nile Rodgers of
the band Chic
on musical projects while finishing her
Studies in Boston at Berklee
College of Music.
She received her Bachelor of Music degree in
Songwriting
and earned the Song of the Year Award
at Berklee chosen out of
2000 songs submitted. She has worked with numerous bands, playing
original
music with the Garrison Project throughout
New York City and CT, big
bands to blues bands.
Tara's charismatic stage presence
